Since the launch of Camgirlpedia, there have been a number of occurrences in which the question of "how best to take advantage of this information", has arisen. In light of this, a standard response enumerating suggested best practises has been developed, which is shared below so that others may benefit.

5 tips to get the most out of Camgirlpedia:

  1. Look at trending tags just before you go live, and make selections accordingly. The site is updated hourly and there are trends of certain tags being more popular at certain times.
  2. Use the site to look for tags similar to niches you are in or think you'd fill, e.g. if you have success in the "bbw" category, perhaps look at traffic for tags like "chubby" etc.
  3. The ratio of streams to viewers can be as important as the raw number of viewers in a tag. While a popular tag with thousands of viewers might be appealing in terms of market reach, if there's a high stream count, you're going to have more competition.
  4. If you find a tag which has a higher average viewer/streams ratio, you could have stumbled upon a situation where the demand is exceeding the supply so it'd be a good tag to try. This isn't a hard and fast rule however because it could also be the case that there's simply one popular model in that tag bringing in a ton of viewers who aren't there for the tag itself per se.
  5. It's always good to look at the tag on the site itself to figure out which is which, these two scenarios (points 3 and 4) will make themselves immediately obvious.

These are obviously not hard and fast rules that must be adhered to without question, but are intended only to provide some guidance that may be considered.
